Y3 Stone Age Workshop

On Monday Year 3 had a workshop all about The Stone Age.

The workshop was from Durham University. The children were able to handle real Stone Age tools and study a replica of a skeleton.

The day really helped to introduce the history topic and helped children to work together and use their reasoning skills. It was a great day and the children will be doing lots of work in the weeks to come based on their experiences.
