KS2 science trail

Over 100 children enjoyed the KS2 science trail around school finding out some amazing facts and tricks as part of Science Week.

The fun session looked at how amazing simple experiments can be and showing how science comes into every aspect of our lives.

The children split into small groups and then watched close-up activities including ‘burning balloons’ ‘crazy fingerprints’ ‘marvellous maltesers’ and numerous water tricks! Each child got the opportunity to explain what they think would happen before using scientific language to explain why they thought it did.
