Life Cycle of a Butterfly

We have some new members of the group in Year 4 Nurture Group- 5 caterpillars! We will be watching them go through their life cycle before releasing them as Painted Lady butterflies when they finally emerge from the chrysallis in a few weeks time. Today we looked closely at the caterpillars and made sketches of them. This work will go towards the pupils’ Silver Award for the RSPB Wild Challenge.
