and proved our flavoured breads.

After Gillian in the kitchen had kindly baked our bread buns for us, we spent time in the afternoon tasting our creations and evaluating how successful we had been in meeting our design criteria.

We had some bake-off ready creations, and lots of ideas about how to make even better bread next time!
