Let There be Light!

Year 6’s first science lesson since the end of lockdown was in conjunction with the Discovery Museum.

The fantastic online workshop looked at light and how it is the basis for all life on Earth.

As part of this we built in pairs a ‘Camera Obscura’ which were the forerunners of the digital cameras we have today.

The children then used them to look at different locations – which all appeared upside down!
