KS2 Choir Performance at St Nicholas’ Cathedral!

Our fabulous KS2 Choir enjoyed performing a selection of Christmas songs and carols at St Nicholas’ Cathedral on Tuesday 20th December. We have been rehearsing since the end of October to bring some Christmas cheer through music over the festive period. We traveled by metro and walked through Newcastle town centre – all children were wonderfully behaved and we even received some compliments from members of the public. Choir is bigger than ever this year, with children from Year 3,4, 5 and 6 involved. We rehearse every Monday or Tuesday lunchtime with Mrs Garforth.

For our second music afternoon we have been finding out about the film composer Danny Elfman.
