ITV Weather Forecaster Visits Year 1

Today in Year 1 we had a special visitor! Ross Hutchinson from ITV Weather came to talk to us about all things weather and climate. Ross introduced his role and what it involves. As a class, we played a game which involved matching the types of weather and seasons. Next, we discussed how weather can be measured. Following that, Ross talked about climate change. One way we can help the planet is by planting seeds to grow flowers. Ross kindly gave us all some seeds to take home and plant.
