The Laing visit Year 2

Year two enjoyed an exciting visit from Emma from The Laing Art Gallery. This was part of our art work this term about portraits. This time we were looking at the abstract artist; Pablo Picasso.

 

We learnt how to draw facial features in the style of Picasso.

We created a portrait in the style of Picasso and used oil pastels to create a vibrant finish.

  Year 2 are real, budding artists!
