Year 3 spent a great afternoon learning all about road safety.
The children enjoyed 2 different sessions through the morning. The first session was in the classroom. This involved lots of discussion encouraging children to think about key road safety messages.
The second session was outdoor and practical. The children all looked fantastic in their High Vis jackets. They were very well behaved and listened to all the important pointers about crossing the road safely.
The visitors from the local council, who led the training, were very impressed with our children.
We were very grateful to them for their time and expertise and we are very happy that Year 3 now have the knowledge to keep themselves safe on the road.
