Zoolab in Year 1

As part of our ‘Animals including Humans’ topic in Science, we were visitied by Rob from Zoolab. Rob brought different types of animals into school so that we could understand further how to group them into categories e.g. mammals, reptiles, amphibians. He also talked about what the animals eat using the vocabulary carnivore, herbivore and omnivore. What a brilliant time we had!
