Wellbeing in Year 5!

Over the Autumn Term, Year 5 have been thinking lots about ways to look after their mental health.  Through Wellbeing Wednesday activities, we have learned great ways to stay ‘mentally healthy’ including breathing exercises, having a positive mindset and developing an attitude of gratitude! We have been using our new found techniques to make sure we look after ourselves and our friends.

We also took part in World Mental Health Day celebrations, creating a ‘sunshine’ of ourselves.  We drew a picture in the centre and wrote lots of positive words to describe ourselves around our sunshine.  When we look at our sunshine’s, we remember how amazing we are!
