Launchpad Carol service at the Lighthouse

Year 6 were delighted to cross the road to take part in a carol service run by the veterans' charity Launchpad, hosted by St Michael's Parish and The Lighthouse. Year 6 joined in both with their excellent singing and their reflections on the theme of 'What Christmas means to me.' It was wonderful to hear their thoughtful responses to this theme, and play a small part in supporting the work of this wonderful charity which does such wonderful work in the heart of Byker and beyond.
