Recognising Place Value in Year 3.

In Year 3, we are continuing to look at our maths key performance indicators. This week, we have been making sure we are confident with recognise place value up to 9,999. We did this by using dominoes and dice and working in groups. We each selected a domino, or rolled dice, to make the biggest and smallest numbers we could and then wrote them on our whiteboards. We then tested each other by reading them out and also writing the numbers in words.
