Autumn 2: Year 3 Music – Glockenspiel 1

This term we have been learning the Glockenspiel. We have learnt the notes D, E and F. We have also been learning how to read music and recognizing notes on a stave. Year 3 have also been learning about rests and when to be silent in music. We have learnt minims and crotchets and the rests that go with them. As well as the glockenspiel we have been leaning about rhythms, playing different games to practice our listening skills. Miss Hedley
