Dt puppet making in Year 2

Year 2 have really enjoyed designing and making a finger puppets this term as our DT project. We chose a poem to learn and then designed a finger puppet to go with our poem.

We choose the colour felt which we were going to use to make our puppet. We used a template to make the puppet and cut it out.

We choose a way to join our two pieces of felt; stapling, gluing or a hot glue gun.

We choose some materials to decorate our puppets.

We were so pleased with our end products.;

We evaluated our end product and discussed what we could do differently next time. We also wrote instructions to tell others how they could make a finger puppet.
