Key Stage 1 joined the St Lawrence’s School Spelling Bee in January.
In our phonic groups we all learned a number of spellings. We practised them all throughout January at home and at school, then last Friday we had a Spelling Bee.
We awarded prizes to the top spellers in each Phonic group and all children got a special pencil because they all tried so hard.
