Learning about Liberty in Year 3

Today we tried our hands at a spot of drama! As it is British Values week and our chosen theme is ‘Liberty,’ we tried acting out some scenarios in our lives when we have been grateful for our own liberty and thought about situations where we might not have felt liberated and how to prevent this. All children worked very hard in a team to produce some wonderful work. We looked at the figure of Malala Yousafzai and thought about how lucky we are to have the right to an education in the United Kingdom.
