Parish Community visit Year 4 RE

Year 4 were lucky to be visited by St Lawrence’s parishioner Mrs Ford, who answered the children’s questions about the different roles and responsibilities of lay people in the parish as part of our Community topic. Mrs Ford told us about some of her own responsibilities and those of others. We even learned that some of the children in our class take on roles such as helping to clean the church. We took notes on the roles Mrs Ford told us about.
