Y6 anatomy class

Year 6 had a great time taking apart and putting together human bodies!

For those of a weak disposition it should be noted Year 6 used ‘squishy models’ that required the use of tweezers and forceps to be successful.

The children were able to see accurately the position of the internal organs and how the skeleton protects the important parts of the body.

It was especially interesting for the children to see how their intestines work and where the diaphragm sits underneath their lungs.
