Year 2 Liturgy – Beginnings

We had our first Liturgy in Year 2 today. We are thinking about Beginnings. We have lots of new Beginnings when we are growing up and we thought about them and discussed them. We Gathered by quietly bringing our own special picture of our planet Earth to the Focal Point. We thought about how Christians believe the most important Beginning was when God created the world in six days and how on the seventh day he rested. At the end of the liturgy, we sang, ‘He’s Got the Whole World In His Hands.’
