Year 2 Visit Shipley Art Gallery

Today Year 2 visited The Shipley Art Gallery to take part in a workshop about portraits as part of our Art work this term.

We talked about feelings and the meaning of the portraits.

We made our own masterpieces around the story of Jack and the Beanstalk!

What a fabulous day!

We look forward to a visit in school next week from the Laing Art Gallery to look at portraits by Picasso and to make more portraits of our own.
