Year 6 science visit

Year 6 had a fantastic day looking at the science of levers and pulleys, thanks to a visit from scientists at the Centre for Life.

The children looked at the physics behind circus tricks – trying their hand at a couple themselves.

For the finale the pupils were given complete freedom to come up with their own scientific model that when joined with the rest of the class would pie Mr Jeffrey.

Unsurprisingly the children worked incredibly hard on this task and were successful!
