A Wild Afternoon in Nursery: Our Visit from Zoo Lab!

This week, Early Years had a very exciting visit from Zoo Lab, who brought a wonderful collection of animals for the children to explore up close. The session was filled with curiosity, bravery, and lots of wide‑eyed wonder as the children learned about creatures big and small.

The children had the opportunity to look at, stroke, or even hold a range of amazing animals, including a snake, a snail, a gecko and a cockroach. They also viewed a tarantula, kept safely in its protective box. Even though it wasn’t touched, it certainly caused lots of excitement—and a few gasps!
