Food Technology in Year 4

In today’s design and technology lesson we evaluated a number of existing products. We assessed five different breads on the criteria of taste, appearance, texture and smell. We had a lot of fun discussing our different opinions of the breads. As a class we decided that our favourite was the white farmhouse loaf, although that doesn’t mean we all had the same taste!

Our next step is to design our own bread, which we will hopefully cook towards the end of term.
