Lent 2019 in Year 3

This year for Lent we have decided to pray for the people of Bangladesh who have recently suffered from a drought which has left their rivers without any fish to farm and sell. We have been looking at the story of Mahinur who sells the fish and who has been suffering at this difficult time. We have made prayer crosses to pray for Mahinur and her community. We will also take it in turns to take home the travelling cross and to say a prayer at home during this holy time.
