Palm Sunday drama in Year 2

Year 2 have been learning all about the events of Holy Week in RE. Today we made palm branches and we acted out the story of Jesus’ arrival on a donkey into Jerusalem. We talked about the reaction of the crowd and how the same  people can change. We talked about how this effects our lives today.

We really enjoyed learning a Palm Sunday song, we used our palm branches and we sang along with the song.
