Sensory Fun in Year 1

We had a wonderful afternoon exploring our senses. As well as having a tasting, smelling, feeling, seeing and hearing table to explore we also made popcorn. When making the popcorn we used all five senses. We looked at it and felt it before it went into the microwave. We then listened to it as it popped. As it was being heated we used our sense of smell as the delicious scent wafted around the room. Finally, we got to use our sense of taste. It was popilicious!!!!
