Author Visit at Seven Stories

Some of our children from Years 3, 4 and 5 visited Seven Stories today where they met Lauren Child, the author of the Charlie and Lola books.
She is the inspiration for this year’s Fenwick’s Christmas window! The children met Lauren and listened to her read an extract of Clarice Bean: Think Like an Elf. She even told us what her favourite part of the Fenwick’s Christmas window display is.
The children were all excellent ambassadors for St Lawrence’s and were all given a special gift to take home. They are all looking forward to visiting the Christmas window over the next few weeks to see the book come to life.
