World Book Day 2024

We had a fabulous day celebrating books for World Book Day.

Everyone read the book Barbara Throws a Wobbler, and learnt about the best way to manage our emotions. The children created excellent drawings and even cartoons around the themes of the book.

We celebrated our Story in our Box competition entries. All of the entries were so good that Miss Murray couldn’t choose and everyone was a winner! All of the winners chose a brand new book delivered from Seven Stories.

Thank you to all of the parents and carers who were able to come for our Stay and Read sessions. All of the children enjoyed it and it was wonderful to see families sharing their love of books together.
