Year 3 Beamish 2023

Today we had a wonderful trip to Beamish Museum! We were transported back in time to the Victorian era, as we dressed up as Victorian school children. We experienced a Victorian lesson in the Beamish Board School where we had to work completely in silence! Next we walked into the town and visited the terraced houses including the home of a solicitor and a dentist. We also visited the local businesses including the bakery, the chemists, the garage and the co-op! We finally experienced a tram ride to get back to our coach. What a fabulous experience!
