Year 5- Bessie Surtees House

Year 5 had a wonderful afternoon out to the Quayside visiting Bessie Surtees House. We explored what a Tudor building looked like and compared it to modern ones. We dressed up, hunted for facts and asked some fantastic questions. We also had an hour-long stroll through Byker, onto the Quayside and had a great time admiring our brilliant city.
