Year 3 learning film music with Mr O!

Year 3 loved their workshop with Mr O today.

We listened to film music by Danny Elfman, such as the music from Batman! We thought about what instruments we could hear. We learned all about ‘mood music’, thinking about what emotion the music makes us feel. We learned what a motif is and had a go at creating our own.

Lastly, we created our own music in the style of Danny Elfman’s film music, creating suspense with our chosen instruments. Thank you Mr O!
