Reception - Winter

What perfect timing! As we’ve been learning all about winter weather and the clothes we need to keep warm, the real winter chill arrived – and even brought snow!

The children were thrilled to explore the snowy outdoors. They felt the crunch under their boots, noticed how cold the snow was, and shared brilliant ideas about why we wear coats, hats, scarves, and gloves in winter.

Back inside, the creativity continued as the children made their own beautiful snow-themed pictures. They talked about what they had discovered and how to stay cosy when it’s cold outside.
