Sketching Our School Landscape
<p>As part of our art work focusing upon the artist, John Constable, we talked about our own school landscape and what we could see in the distance. We then went on to sketch the school landscape which included trees, buildings and fencing using light pencil strokes. </p>

Printing with Leaves
<p>We selected leaves from our school environment and carefully applied different coloured paints with a paintbrush to the underside of the leaves. Pressing firmly, we printed the leaf revealing its shape and veins.</p>

<p>Year 2 have been enjoying their Well Being Wednesday sessions. This week we read the Rainbow Fish. We talked about sharing our talents with each other. The children all made a fin and we made our own rainbow fish with lots of glitter! We designed our own rainbow fish. We enjoyed experimenting with paints.</p>
