<p>Last week, we were visited by Teatre sans Frontiers- a theatre company that performs plays in other languages. We were amazed as the hall was transformed into a tropical island and some very interesting characters came to greet us! The children had a wonderful time watching the play and joining in in French. <p>This week, Year 6 have started to look at a new book: &#8216;Coming to England&#8217; by Floella Benjamin. This book is a true story celebrating the life of Floella, who was born in Trinidad. Floella migrated to England in 1960 as part of the Windrush generation. In the first few chapters of the book, Floella [&hellip;]</p>

We researched Ancient Greet art including the sculpture Discobulus by Myron and the Siren Vase from the British Museum&#8217;s collection, before designing and making our own versions. Our pots featured various Ancient Greek subjects including [&hellip;]</p>
