New additions to the yards

Global Action Project, litter picking in Year 3!

Duck Eggs
<p>This week in Year 4 Nurture Group, Caleb brought in the shell of a duck’s egg which he had found. Nurture Group had a lot of questions about it! Caleb spent the afternoon researching Mallard ducks and reporting what he had found out about them back to us. Thanks Caleb!</p>

Den Building in Forest School
<p>On Tuesday afternoon, Year 5 Nurture Group braved the woods in torrential rain. We looked at den building skills. Pupils were very motivated to get their dens up and take shelter underneath them. The group were amazingly resilient and build fantastic dens! </p>

Pond Dipping at Forest School

Spring Bulbs
<p>This week, Year 4 Nurture Group have been working with local gardeners to plant Spring bulbs in the Key Stage 1 and Reception garden. Whilst planting snowdrops, the children were learning about the different parts of a plant and their functions. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine! </p>

Year 3 and 4 Christmas Party
