Children in Need 2024
<p>The School Council came together to organise a day to raise money for Children in Need. Here they are, hard at work, making posters. It was decided that children would come to school wearing non uniform and crazy hairstyles. All children had a great day whilst raising money for a very important cause. </p>

Y5 and Y6 Robotics Workshops
<p>Last week, we were very excited to meet Dr Steve Barclay and take part in a workshop using iPad-controlled Sphero robots. We were able to both control and code these machines, animate their displays, and applied what we had learned to the the future abilities of self-driving cars.</p>

Year 6 Geography fieldwork at Seaton Delaval Hall
<p>Year 6 had a fantastic day at Seaton Delaval Hall today all linked to our current humanities unit on map skills. Year 4- Democratic vote
<p>In our history lesson we split the class in half, one side was Athens and the other Sparta. Each city state argued their case of which was the best place to live. We then completed an anonymous vote. Athens was voted the best place to live!</p>

Year 1 Celebration of the Word – Families
<p>We gathered together in prayer to celebrate the end of our unit. We thought about our families and talked about how they love and care for us.
